The building was landscaped to integrate with surrounding gardens and orchards with abundance of native flowers. A reservoir of pure crystalline water melting from Veronica peak provides the hotel.

ÑUSTAYOC is located in the village of Chillca, on the road connecting Ollantaytambo with the entrance gate to the Inca Trail (km 82 of the railway from Cusco to Machu Picchu). By bus it will take 2 hours from Cusco to reach the hotel. Normally tourist operators provide their own buses but there is also a regular public service connecting Cusco with Urubamba and from there to Ollantaytambo and Chillca.
